I have had the same experience as Ayla Yalcin who wrote a review a few months ago: no invoice, no email, no email when price increased to 39.99$ a month.NOTHING! This is beyond 'sad". It's downright shady and perhaps illegal in CA. I retired from teaching about 2 years ago. I have been charged for the last 3 years, and unfortunately never noticed. All this money is from out of pocket. The company told me that it was my responsibility to cancel after the free trial. Sure...but...let's think about this. I have never used their services. Couldn't they check if the company worked in good faith? Retired from teaching, paying premiums for services never rendered, price increase with no notifications...? The couple of emails I received from them were signed with "customer care" I will reach out to the company one more time to give them the opportunity to show good faith. I will keep you all posted.
