I purchased three return tickets. The return legs were valid and issued, but the outbound legs were never provided—there was a fake PNR and the airline had no record. Communication with the support team was frustratingly slow, with them only sending emails stating they were 'still checking with the ticket office.' I strongly advise avoiding this service.
