My experience with this booking provider has been incredibly frustrating. I booked a return flight for two passengers from one city to another and made the payment. Hours later, I received emails with the e-ticket number/PNR. When I tried to manage the booking on the airline's website, one e-ticket number worked, allowing me to see our return flight, but the number for the outbound flight was incorrect. I called the support team during lunch and was told they would investigate and call me back. After not receiving a call, I reached out again after work, only to be told they were still looking into it and suggested I wait 24 hours. When I contacted the airline, they couldn't find us on the outbound flight. I called the booking provider again and finally got a working e-ticket number. However, the passenger names were inconsistent, with my son listed as an adult on one flight and a child on the other. The airline informed me that the tickets for the outbound flight weren't paid for. I called again and was told they needed to contact the booking agency and asked me to call back in 20 minutes. I received a call from a manager who claimed they would resolve the issue by the next day, making excuses about payment issues, despite the return flight being paid for. Overall, this experience has been filled with errors and unprofessionalism. I strongly advise against using this service, even if the tickets are cheaper; the frustration and time wasted are not worth it.
