I got flight tickets with wrong flight time. I bought this ticket online, I chose the 18.30 flight, but I gor the 6.00 am flight. Then I called the customer service, a male person answered. He said he will call back but after 2 weeks I did not get any reply. On the day before my flight I called again. This time a female answered, with a very sleepy voice. She keep saying she prefers email because she my line was breaking up. But never solved the problem
