He just has so much knowledge and experience, every conversation he is giving me a lot of information. He clearly spends a lot of time and effort figuring out how to deliver all of this information in a way that is digestible and usable for the athlete.I have also had a great experience working with nutritionist Spencer. He has helped me dial in my race plans and trim down leading into my big events last year.
