I only gave them 1 star as Oliver is a great lad but after meeting him & purchasing a used bike from Team Roberts it all went down hill. If it wasn't for him they would have gotten zero if that was possible. The bike came with a 3 month warranty which we thought was great as it was for my 16 year old lad for him to get to his apprenticeship. Within a few days it had a starting problem so took it straight back & they had it at their Denaby workshop for 5 days only to tell me it's started everytime for them. We thought OK maybe it was a one off, oh no the next day exactly the same didn't start so took it back again to Denaby & 5 days later said the same it always started for them which sent the alarm bells ringing as no investigation work was carried out. All in all at that time we had the bike 6 weeks & it was at their workshop for 4 weeks & everytime they said the same rubbish, clearly didn't want to rectify the problem. We was promised by the service manager they would strip & clean the carb & replace the plug & they did nothing so after my lad breaking down at Stocksbridge because of the starting problem & again they said the same it started every time I said enoughs enough. I took it to another bike repairer & after half hour they immediately found what the problem was. So take it from me, Olivers great but from our experience if you expect after service & for them to honour the warranty after you've parted with your hard earned cash then don't buy a second hand bike from these
