The tea pot I ordered arrived broken and I didn't have much faith in getting it replaced as I’ve been taken by on-line scams before. But Teatsy responded IMMEDIATELY and their first concern was my safety in opening a box w/ broken glass. They are sending a replacement and I am SO impressed!
