11+ Days, Still No Compliance Help

This is my first ever review here, but I felt the need to after the very lackluster support I have received in my compliance case for my Minecraft server's webstore.11 days ago (8/22), I received an email saying my webstore was disabled due to a lack of product descriptions. This on it's own to me was already questionable, because the webstore only had three items, all of the ranks for our server, and included in the category description was a full table of every single perk / benefit of the ranks, in addition to textual information explaining the different ranks, how they worked, what could be expected, etc.I understand that a bot doing sweeps might not recognize the information that is there, and flag something (in what I believe to be) falsely. The real problem here has come with the lack of support. Within 3 hours of receiving the email, I responded with an explanation of the information on the webstore, and asked what action would be needed in order to enable it again. I got an automated reply back, informing me that the request was received, and that there would be varying wait times for support. I left well enough alone for the time being.3 days later (8/25), I followed up on the same email, asking if there were any updates. So at this point, this was 8 days ago, and I have gotten absolutely zero response back on this ticket. 11 days of waiting has led to nothing but frustration, as I have players who want to purchase things from the webstore. I also opened a separate ticket with their support@ email, rather than compliance@ 4 days ago (8/29), and once have not received anything other than emails that essentially say they will "get to it when they get to it".I would like to think I have been more than patient here, but to not have any actual response back other than automated messages for 11+ days as I have players wanting to buy things, is getting increasingly frustrating. I have been looking into other alternatives that may be able to provide better support, even if they lack some of what Tebex can offer in terms of the webstore itself (which is the reason for 2 stars here instead of 1, as I do like the webstore and it's features for the most part).
