Well if you seen my first review,I couldn’t say enough about tech armor customer service ! Well they just keep getting better and better! Let me tell you why,I had my first experience with them on warranty issue which they went above and beyond the call of duty! After that they sent me out two replace for my 12.9 iPad pro ,during the tracking I had received one but the other was not turning up. I contracted tech armor and explained I hadn’t received the second replacement, they email me right back said they looked into it and it seemed the second item got lost in transit. At this point tech armor representative said they would send out another replacement under the warranty claim no problem! The replacement came within a couple of days ,which was on a Friday; on Monday I went to get my mail and found the one that was lost in transit turned up in my mail box. I contracted tech armor and told them that the lost item turned up this morning. I had already received my warranty replacements and that I had received one more then I was expecting or that I wasn’t suppose to,receive. The representative told me not to worry about that I should keep it for a backup! Again can’t say enough about this company they have refreshed my faith in a companies customer service with I thought was lost forever ! A Company that really cares about their customers and they are loyal to,those who purchase their products...customer for life ! You can go wrong with this company!!! You would be a fool not to be come a customer of this great company!!!
