This site has tons of 5 star reviews which after the purchase I made, I have to assume are largely if not entirely fabricated. I ordered a refurbished printer cassette with tray. Or at least, that is what is projected on their website. The picture, which they told me was just a generic picture that doesn't always reflect the part, (that in and of itself is the very definition of the bait and switch scam) in this case, does in fact match the part number listed. However, what I received was neither the picture nor the part number. In fact, it was just a single 50 page tray for a different model of that printer. Explain to me how this is not a scam? And for them to sit there and try to tell me that what I received is exactly what I purchased when it is clearly not. I sent them the screenshot from their website, along with pictures of what I received, which clearly shows a part number that is not even remotely close to what I ordered. And again, all I receive is that this is somehow my fault and that the part I received is correct. SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this retailer. Oh, and if I want to return the part that was incorrectly sent, I have to pay for the shipping?! All the good reviews are clearly faked. This company is clearly a scammer.
