A part on the vehicle heater that we ordered from Techbuum was defective. Once we let Techbuum know and provided a picture, a replacement heater was sent right away...no questions asked.While we were waiting for the replacement, our truck heater got repaired.Amazingly, a couple of days later, the switch on our car HVAC system got stuck on high. Out came the vehicle heater that we had just stored! We will be using it until the garage can get to the switch repair.We plan to always have a vehicle heater on standby, and Techbumm will always be our choice.
