I bought these aids believing I could return them if they didn't work out. Unfortunately, they were ineffective. When I contacted the service for a return address, I was informed that I had to cover the return shipping or accept half of the purchase price without returning the items. I sent them back, including one unopened box, but the company refused to accept the package and sent it back to me, which I also have to pay for.
