Frustrating experience with customer support

I ordered an electric toothbrush from this company, and while the product appears decent, I haven't been able to test it due to difficulties opening the charging point. I reached out to the support team and received an automated response promising a reply within 24 hours, but that never came. After five days and sending three additional emails, I felt compelled to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Eventually, I sent another email using legal language, and I finally received a brief video demonstrating how to remove the cap. There was no explanation, no apology, and no sign-off. Quite disappointing. I just hope the toothbrush works well.
