Terrible experience with this company. Should have taken notice of all the negative reviews! Ordered refurbished phone over £100. Seller messaged a day later saying can they send a different colour. I immediately said no and asked to cancel for a refund. Then it was marked as dispatched! It arrived but battery wouldn't charge hardly , even over night and would then drop to 0. Had to send back and waiting for a refund. Ignoring all messages now and still no refund! Will be contacting trading standards.
