I purchased my son's first phone from Techmanic Ltd, it arrived with greasy hand prints all over it, a cracked screen so the screen did not work properly, the battery went from 60% to 1% in a matter of minutes. I returned the phone and was promised a replacement. It took almost a month to get my replacement which I think was far too long. Eventually after a long time the seller did send me a very good replacement phone which I cannot fault. I have spoken with the seller and he has apologised fully for the initial issues and inconvenience he caused and did make up for it by sending a better phone.
