LOSS OF £600 PURCHASING iPHONE ONLINE. OWNER IGNORES ANY CALLS/EMAILS.purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256GB for £600. They emailed me to provide ID. I replied saying "just refund it please. ill buy elsewhere". They still shipped the item. They activation locked my phone, convinced Clearpay they removed it when they didn't, and denied any returns. Owner just ignores any calls or emails. I cannot bank dispute this or dispute with Clearpay so I'm down £600 with a useless activation locked iPhone. They are now trying to flag me for defamatory content when everything I said is exactly what happened. They’ve now got in touch with a different team via email, demanded ID, forced me to uncensor more sensitive details of my ID and falsely claimed they would initiate a return.
