Technitrader - "Gold Standard" Lies in Trading Education"

I signed up for Elite Methodology Essentials Course which also included the Relational Analysis and Advanced Swing Trading course. Technitrader Pre Sales support informed me that their course will equip me with knowledge to start trading in a simulator within 6 months. Also, they claimed to be the "Gold Standard" in education. All their claimes turned out to be lies, as:1.there is no such thing as "Gold Standard" in education. It is just a marketing spin. 2. their site & eLearning modules are not ADA Site Compliant, despite their claims to the contrary. (I have a record of ADA Audited report 2023)I was surprised to learn that their charts & videos are very old (from 2014). Quizzes had issues like whichever answer you choose it was being registered like the wrong answer. Customer service was provided by only one person, with very poor communication skills, overall unprofessional manner and not fully accredited by CMT. When I alerted the customer service about errors in their e Learning modules, I was disrespected, abused and eventually issued a full refund.Update: 11th October 2023Since I wrote this review, i learned that a lot of what TechniTrader teaches is quite outdated and "recycled" info available elsewhere. They claim to "update" their courses regularly but that is not true as all their charts were from 2014- 2017 as well as eLearning modules. Also, their contract, which they require you to sign state that they can cut your access at any time for whatever reason. This is a huge risk as they cut people often as soon as they start asking " uncomfortable questions". Also they have no transparency around whether their "educator"has a proven trading track record verified by independent party. Just because someone has taken one or three CMT exams does not mean they are actively making money in the current market conditions nor that they are capable of being a mentor and building a vibrant supportive trading community with successful peer to peer mentoring (which Technitrader 100% does not have).Final point:I have evidence to back each claim I made about Technitrader. Once they realised that 67 people are joining me in a group legal case against them they refunded me the money without me asking for a refund. Why? Because once a company refunds you the money it becomes significantly harder to pursue a legal case against them. Without hesitation I do NOT recommend the Technitrader. This matter is now closed. I will enter no further communication on this matter. Anyone seeking further info on my experience & evidence I have regarding the claims I made about Technitrader, please just reach out.
