Very disappointed. I have bought two phones from TechnoG and encouraged 3 family members to buy phones from them. Something seems to have changed. Previously repairs were done in the shop and the men were super helpful. Now they send your phone away to be repaired. I bought an iPhone 12 in July and the face ID stopped working at the end of August. The phone was never dropped or wet. After 4 days of having no phone I was told it would cost €195 for water damage, despite the phone still being in warranty and the man in the shop even said that it's clear the phone was taken care of. Having spent €449 on a phone I did not expect to have problem so soon. As I said previously, their service used to be great. Extremely disappointed and will ensure this company no longer gets my family's business.
