I am extremely disappointed with my order from Techo-Bloc. I purchased the Blu HD2 pavers (beige cream) and Brandon retaining wall blocks, and the colors of the products received are completely different from what was shown on their website and in-store. The pavers, which were supposed to be beige cream, are gray, and the retaining wall blocks, which were meant to be brown café crème, are even grayer than the pavers. The misrepresentation of these products on their website is blatant and unacceptable. Furthermore, after contacting their customer service, they simply told me that these color variations are "normal" and that nothing could be done. No solutions, no attempt to resolve the issue.I absolutely do not recommend Techo-Bloc. The service is nonexistent, and the products do not match what is advertised.
