We decided to use this brand assuming they are better that their competition, we bought the HD version which is more pricy just to avoid issues. Weeks after they were installed a rust like stain popped up everywhere in many of the pavers. The stains looks to be rust from the material used within the paver, keeps expanding with time and looks to be due to rain or water contact to pavers which is unavoidable. I was told by the sales team not to seal them for 1 yr and we followed their instructions. Now the pavers look ruiened with rust staines all over. Don't waist your money my neighbor did cambridge and not only it was less expensive he is not experiencing this issue. Stay away from this company unless your willing to gamble with few grand plus the work involved. We have not entertained in our back yard because of the pavers. Waiting for them to resolve this issue is at a cost of our 2024 and now 2025 summer gone since we can't entertain because we're afraid someone is going to spill something on the pavers. We want to seal then but can't till this issue is addressed with Techo. We just paid to invite frustration to our lives. Who knows how long it will take for them to come up with a resolution. Time is priceless so don't waist it with Techo, any other pavers competition is worth the risk and in turn savings.
