If I could give zero stars, I would.We reported a serious defect with our Techo-Bloc pavers just one month after installation—visible rusting caused by an incorrect mix during manufacturing, which introduced excess iron into the product. Over a year later, we are still waiting for a resolution, despite this issue being clearly covered under Techo-Bloc’s own warranty.Most recently, the company responded by falsely claiming the defect is not covered—completely contradicting their published warranty and the earlier assessments by their own representatives. Our once-beautiful and expensive patio now looks decades old due to this ongoing and unresolved issue.This experience has shown us that Techo-Bloc does not stand behind its products or its promises. We strongly urge others to avoid this company. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customers is unacceptable.
