This company does not care about the customers..... or employees for that matter. I worked for Techo-Bloc, Waterford location for a year. I seen them handle business very poorly, ignore and dispute customer complaints constantly, even though the customer had a rightful complaint. Constant, inconsistency in color batches, color matching and quantity and quality. This company only cares about revenue and the in flow of hard working peoples money. They treat customers like they are stupid and don't know what they want. I would highly recommend seeking hardscape stone elsewhere. Especially if you want to be treated respectfully and with dignity.
