My concrete balcony and stairs were covered with Techobloc pavers in 2019. The pavers abutted against the bottom row of bricks of the wall. A serious mistake as those bricks spalled and the only solution was to remove all the pavers and replace the bricks in 2024. Techobloc told the contractor that abutting the pavers to the brick wall was Ok. I now have to take legal action. Stay away from Techobloc pavers on a concrete balcony. Also, there was a lot of efflorescence every year.
