I had a fairly simple question. One might argue that it should have been in the FAQs. I initiated a support chat. The tech got on in less than a minute and quickly answered the question in decent English and without the annoying lag of a lot of chat support functions. My question might have been answered on the site somewhere but it wasn't obvious. I'm currently on an old non-subscription version (2019). [They went to a subscription model somewhere between now and 2019 so now you pay each year but each license is for two devices.] It is a bit annoying that my licenses account and support login have to be different. I've used Snag-it for years. I'm moving to a new Windows 11 computer and thought that maybe the snipping tool might suffice but, heh, nope!
