Trade in experience - They received my products on 24th June, on 28th June status was changed to Trade Processed. I contacted them on 4th July chasing payment, they responded 8th July advising that the payout Q was currently at 9-10 working days but can take up to 20 working days as per their T&C's. It has now been 24 working days, and I’ve received no payment, i have emailed them every day since 25th July and they are just ignoring me.They are practically stealing from my son (i was selling for him) which i find disgusting. I have told them if i do not receive my money by end of play today i will be reporting them to Trading Standards.** Edited - Payment was made by the end of the day**
