The guys at Tech Vantage Now are very patient, I was working a 6 day 12 hour shift work week during the time that my website was being built. During this time, they understood, and would make calls during my available hours. If there was something they needed from me that was urgent they would send text and express the urgency. They explained what they were doing before, during and after. If there was something I didn't understand Justin and Lance were always there to explain it in terms I could understood.
