Terrible product. It's definitely not plug-and-play. The connection drops after a few minutes, reverting back to the original Wi-Fi. This technology is far from what was advertised. The customer service offered me a partial refund, but I refuse to keep a product that doesn't work. Reaching customer support is impossible.
