Be warned of Ted bingo UPDATE day 9 and still no sign of money or approval 😢

I have been a member for a long time winning odd amounts at various times but on 30/12/24 I won £19,750 and I requested to withdraw it and guess what they asked for verification on the very next day and have since not processed my documents and not released my money which was won fair and square.I am being told 1 lie after another every day.All of this is causing huge amounts of stress and nobody is doing anything to help.The charity commission states that verification should be obtained but it is illegal to with hold funds on the basis of verification when they could and should of checked this at many other times since I have been a member for a very long time.Shame on you Ted bingo it is absolutely disgusting the way you are conducting yourself.On 08/01/25 Response received by Ted Bingo saying they will reach out to me but no contact has been made Ted bingo please email me ASAP or call me you have all my details and I would like a dedicated person to liase with .Also the statement you have submitted I have been told that every day multiple times a day for 9 days.Thank you So today at 16.07 I received an email asking me to submit a proof of address which I provided at 16.21 to the email address @ 19.19 I contacted the chat portal to ask for an update and JS joined the chat and checked my account and said that verification had been requested to which I said had been requested at 16.07 and provided at 16.21 and all of a sudden he disconnected our chat then along came A and tried to explain that the previous chat was experiencing an unstable connection the person then went on to state that TB had not received my proof of address which was provided at 16.21 so I attached the document again followed by uploading the document to my verification portal A advised me that my documents meet the requirements and that it has been passed onto the security team to review as fast as possible and yet again advising me I will be informed via email with an update # going into day 10 ## Day 10 has begun let’s hope Ted Bingo do the right thing today.Requested update at 9.30 am on 09/01/25 via the chat and guess what NO CHANGE!!!!!!Email sent at 10.45 am 09/01/25 AWAITING A RESPONSE !!!!!!
