Apparently I’d self excluded on other sites in the network. If this is the case why at least not refund the deposits, but keeping the deposits and withdrawals is disgraceful. This will be passed on to gaming commission as I cannot even get the complaints procedure from ted.Edit after their reply: they have not been in contact privately at all. I also have no issue if it’s a case of gaming safety. But either don’t take the money in the first place or either send me the winnings or the deposit. You can’t just keep both as a matter of ‘safety’.
