Be aware Teebooks does not honour their return Policy. I returned two floating shelves in the same packaging in which Teebooks sent them, but I was not refunded. Teebooks claimed that they arrived damaged because I did not pack them 'properly', despite having used the packaging in which they arrived. When I said Teebooks was accountable for this as the packaging was 'theirs', Teebooks claimed that 'their packaging is designed for a one-way trip' and returning a package in the exact way you receive it is not enough. I found this to be extremely disingenuous. The recommendation to have protection on their website suggests making sure to pack the parcel well. In sending the parcel in the same packaging I received from the company, anyone would assume is packing it well. It seems apparent that Teebooks is saving money on packaging and misleading customers with the return policy.In addition, I had to bear the costs of the custom, which Teebooks makes sure not to mention on their website; as well as the postage for the return, which was much higher than expected (Royal Mail quote was over £ 60 pounds). Do not use this company would be my recommendation.
