I would give 5 stars if they were just transparent about shipping times. I ordered a jacket December 31st, and was told it’s arrive in around 7 days. Sounded too good to be true, and it was. I contacted customer service around 2 weeks into waiting, and was told it’d come in 10 days! Customer service was very polite and understood my concern, but reassured me that it was coming. 2 weeks later, nothing. It showed up on February 2nd. The jacket itself is nice and its worth its money.
What I don’t understand is why they don’t tell you straight up that it’ll take over a month to arrive. The super fast estimation made me uneasy from the start and I’m already hesitant to buy from them again despite loving the product. It makes sense for an on demand design to take 30 days, and admitting that from the start would save everyone, including teespring, a headache.
