I bought a portable charger from here. Upon charging it for the first time, it burnt out my iphone wall charger. They refunded me for the portable charger, however I now have to spend twice as much to replace my iphone charger, and then still purchase another portable charger. They had an iphone charger available that they could have given me, but instead they called their Support Team. Unfortunately the ENTIRE team was on lunch, all at the same time. When I finally got an answer after wasting my whole lunch break, the answer was no, they would not replace my charger without investigating the cause. I explained that I was travelling for the next few days so needed to buy one regardless and did he want me to bring in my faulty charger so he could sent it off. The answer was no again. So clearly there was no genuine interest in finding the fault. Instead they are happy to sell faulty and dodgy products, which could potentially result in a fire.
