I think i bought 6-7 2nd hand phones from TelefoonGigant.nl and so far never had any problems. In case the ordered phone was not as expected they would find a solution (offer a partial refund, provide a voucher for a new order or replace the phone with the one which fits my needs). Once I was even able to urgently get the from their office in Utrecht.
