What a disappointment! The 'puppies' that showed up were in awful shape. They don't move like advertised, which featured real puppies. The barking is high-pitched and non-stop. Other retailers have much better robotic dogs. I asked the company for a full refund. We'll see if I actually get it. Can you report an overseas company to the Better Business Bureau? Yikes!
