No way to cancel auto renew. Took £249 renewal which I had to get refunded.Mobile app flicked up advert for further digital services and I could not remove it. So could not read articles.No effective complaints procedure.My Account ays I have no active subscriptions when I clear do?Requested close down of the subscription and removal of all my personal data and they said they could not do that for nearly 1 year - until subscription over.Overall, horrible experience and I regret ever subscribing.
