I cancelled my subscription on 24/5 and just checked my credit card statement and realised I was charged renewal on 9/6. No way of contacting them as its out of hours.UpdatedTelegraph customer services dealt with my complaint quickly and refunded the puzzle sub of £49. I've increased stars from 1 to 3, 1 star removed as DT is offering puzzle sub for £1 and 1 for my not knowing agent disconnecting chat before they confirmed cancellation meant the cancellation process wasn't completed
