I opened a support ticket shortly after ordering, which has been pending for 10 days with no response. I've tried calling their support number multiple times, but it's consistently unreachable. There has been no email, tracking information, or communication from the company. When a business takes full payment and then goes silent, it raises significant concerns. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, making it feel like my order has been completely ignored. I expected at least a basic level of customer support or transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before placing prepaid orders with this company.
