I placed an order and made an advance payment via bank transfer. Over 10 days have gone by with no updates on dispatch, delivery, or order status. I opened a support ticket immediately after ordering, but it has been pending for 10 days without a response. I've attempted to call their support number several times, but it is always unreachable. There has been no email, tracking information, or communication from the service. When a company accepts full payment and then disappears, it raises serious concerns. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, making it seem like my order has been completely overlooked. I expected at least a basic level of customer support or communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before making prepaid orders with this service.
