I am so fu**in annoyed by these fu**.ers. They wont reply to anything. Basically non existent customer support. I had pre paid 165,000 for a ps5 which i did not receive btw. It's been two weeks now. Now i want a refund but they simply wont respond. I may be moving to consumer court now. Follow up on the complaint: I got number of one of the employees of telemart from a friend in karachi and then called him after which he took 4 more days and then i finally received my device.
