It has been three weeks now since internet went down in my apartment. I have been calling to the customer service daily and every time I get a different answer: broken cable, not enough staff to fix the issue, Telenor actually does not have staff to fix the issue, and under contractor has not done what they were supposed to. Last time I got a phone number to Eltel as they were apparently handling my case and when I called them they said that Telenor had not contacted them at all and that they do have enough people even over summers to fix issues like this, but they need a message from Telenor. Called back Telenor where the customer service just repeated over and over the same practised sentences that I have been hearing all of them telling me the past 3 weeks and literally refusing to answer my questions. A week ago I was also told not to call them anymore as it is making unnecessary calls to their customer service and another person just told me to wait and hang up the phone. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who would like to have a working internet in their home as Telenor obviously does not care about their customers and for them it is ok if the internet had been down for 3 weeks and I just need to patiently wait for someone to contact me (been waiting for 3 weeks). I doubt that I will ever hear from them..
