I recently received a call from Telenor, offering me a chance to switch to their network with a promise of lower subscription costs compared to my current provider. While this initially sounded appealing, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing.I was asked to switch in the middle of January, but I had already paid my subscription for the entire month with my previous provider. I expressed my hesitation, but the customer service representative assured me I wouldn’t be charged for the month if I switched. Based on this assurance, I agreed to the switch.To my surprise, I just received an invoice from Telenor, stating that I must pay from the day I switched, contrary to what their representative promised. This is misleading and unprofessional. It feels like I was lured in with false promises.I expected better transparency and honesty from Telenor. If this is how they treat new customers, I regret making the switch. Potential customers, beware!
