Telenor fraudial behaviour!When you as a customer turns to their so called customer support, who in reality is not a support of any kind, and ask concrete facts based questions you will emideately be answered on something completely different or it will be put in a way it is a provocation to try start a argument on this something else.For example if you ask Telenor why they deleted all your purchase data or why surf phone time/data dissapered which they by law is obliged to present to customers they either not answer you at all or answer with something irrelevant or something you never asked about , or they ask you one more time to ask again (se Telenor responce to this post belowfor an example) but Telenor newer answer your original questions to begin with, aquestion you aksed months ago!Telenor always encircle your questions and this is put into systematic use.When you then go to their Facebook page and ask there all they say is, "oh we are so sorry you feel this way" bla,bla, and then tell you once again send them an email about your questions you allready asked them manytimes prior. And if you foolishly do the same procedure will repeat again, and again, and again.A deliberate provocation and offence offcourse by Telenor and if you ask to specifically on their Facebook page you can and will end up cencored and accused to have a "faulty tone" (we got that threatment) Obvioulsy by now you do understand Telenor will yet again avoid answering your original question.Yes you would'nt believ it! Telenor actually try to cover up their criminal behaviour by cencoring their customers who ask relevant fact based questions on why Telenor is deliberately frauding their ustomers by not providing base material dictated by europen and national directives and laws.Thats our profound experiance over the years with Telenor.And this is going to happend on every single question you have with them, the more you aks the more reetarded and pubertal they become and believe me once again this is intended systematically implemented by their bosses at SYKES who handels Telenor customer support.Telenor support will not solve your problem in anyway particularely if the issue is about them oving you money or surf/phone time that has ben trashed by their system.Telenor abuses customer right's, rights who indeed are stated in e-comerce laws thruout Europe. Example, by law Telenor is obliged to give infomation to customers so they can make a reclaim or file a complaint case against the company. Telenor will put in every effort they can to make sure you will not be able to get this info from them.Telenor break european and national e-comerce laws on a hourly basis.Recently Telenor seams to try to direct all their customer traffic to Facebook, reasons why we dont know, possibly because they want to create a pastoral shimering front for the dirty fraudalent behaviour, because when questioned on why they conduct fraudalent behaviouron Faceebook you emediately get cencored by the Hitlerin of the day (they have many) and you get accused for holding a high unfrendliy tone and destroying the coasyness of their potemkin fascade. :-)Yes they do, but of course asking questions to Telenor about their fraudalent behaviour is like asking Putin why he sent regular army and invaded Ukraine and finally shoot down MH17!Same crap, diffrent marketplace, so to speak!So it's nothing more then Telenor themselfs that creates all the conflicts that they have with customers by denying they have conflicts which of course pissess people off even more while cause even more conflicts!Among facist's that principle are rewritten into; blame all promblems on everyone else and then enter denial! So we have come to the final conclushion that Telenor and their outsourced customer personel at Sykes are facists because they behave like that.Telenor is a ratass company beyound belief, by any means newer entagle you into a deal with them, newer buy anything from them, dont call them, dont email them, never ever have anything with Telenor to do.
