Worst service provider ever! Over charges you triple what you’re supposed to pay!!!

I’ve been with Telkom for a number of years, and I’ve had a SIM deal with them for the past three years where I’m supposed to pay only R190 per month. Everything was fine until about five months ago, when they started billing me almost triple what I’m supposed to pay for two months in a row.When I noticed this, I went into the store several times to speak with someone, and I also called the call center multiple times. They informed me that it was because of some subscription I had supposedly signed up for. I told them that definitely wasn’t the case — I’m very careful about pop-ups and ads, and I would never subscribe to anything unknowingly. I’m very vigilant and aware of how easily that can happen.The lady at the Telkom store asked me to type in a certain code on my phone to check what subscriptions I had, and I did that multiple times. It always showed that I wasn’t subscribed to anything. She confirmed this herself — she said she couldn’t find any active subscriptions and didn’t know why I was being charged extra.She then logged a complaint and started an investigation. When it was concluded, I received an SMS and a case number confirming that I didn’t owe Telkom anything. But just two days later, they billed me again — this time for R430.I disputed that amount with my bank because I simply can’t afford to pay that much for a SIM deal that’s supposed to cost R190. Since then, I’ve gone back to the store, but no one there can help me. They all just shrug their shoulders. Every time I call the call center, I speak to a different person who tells me the same thing — that I’m subscribed to something — even though I’ve already been told by Telkom staff that I’m not.Now, Telkom has billed me R850 this month, which I’ve also disputed, but I’ve started getting calls from debt collectors saying they’re taking legal action against me. This is incredibly unfair, because Telkom actually owes me money for overcharging me all these months. I’m definitely not going to pay money that I don’t owe.
