Telkom is the worst company ever!! Firstly I was misled I’m trying to cancel my contract but man it is a mission. It is almost impossible to get through to them via their call centre emails are even worse I don’t even know if there are people that attend to the emails or if it is automated. The staff are rude they don’t know how to do their job, they keep debiting my account I reversed the premiums and they had the nerve to take me to the debt collectors. Apparently they don’t have managers/ supervisors you can speak to they promise call backs within 48h we are on day 10 now no luck. This has been ongoing since March. Telkom has terrible service and there is no standard process that they follow. I would not recommend their services to anyone!!!
