HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
Please stay away from this company!! Take the negative reviews on here very seriously!!
After seeing the preview video that they use to advertise and how flawless the finished product looked- I decided to try their service.
It was one of the worst decision I have ever made in my life.
I uploaded a picture of my daughter and from the first preview of the book they did of her everything was all wrong.. her hair, her skin tone( they had a brown face little girl with black body, in the third picture the little girl had three hands.. her head was super big and oversized for her body.. I reached out to them 4 times using the “correction feature” and each time they change something they just couldn’t get any of the correction right.
They gave you 24 hours to preview and request corrections- but when you reach out to them they don’t reach out back to you so you end up still having the correction not made to the picture after 24 hours. Then the picture still has the problem.
I reached out to them by email to let them know about the errors that need to be corrected hoping someone would respond before shipping my book.
My first and second email went unanswered.
When they eventually emailed me back ( days after) the person who sent the email name Warren had no compassion and told me my order is being processed for shipping.
When my book arrived I was so disappointed- after waiting eagerly for its arrival- i could not give it to my daughter.
I reached out again with my concern and requested a full refund and a return label to send the book back. Warren who responded to my email asked me to send him the pictures with the problem. I sent him the pictures in the book that did not look right and to my surprise he offered me 20% off a new book saying -I have to place another order for a new book because I accepted the book with the issues.. how unacceptable and disgusting!!!
I sent him proof of my unanswered emails that I have sent to them when I noticed the problems and prior to shipping of the book and he did not respond back to my email.
I was planning on sharing what I thought would be a great experience with friends and families that have kids and would have loved to have a book as a gift for their kids but I would NEVER recommend this place to no one!!
UPDATE::: 4/2/26 I was contacted by Warren who said he would redo my book and I would pay the cost($22.00) for re- shipping. But I am so disappointed at the way they handle the situation that I don’t no longer want to do any form of business with them.
