My order once again is 54329. After not able to reach any customer service person for weeks and not getting any revision updates, I contacted my cc company and disputed the charge. A week after my dispute, then magically the books get sent, but of course with none of the revisions. One page even has a misspelled word. Then they provided proof to cc company that they sent the books. I also got an email saying if I was not satisfied I could get a full refund. I responded that I wanted to get a refund and of course no response. Do not believe the fake reviews that are being flooded. I wouldn’t even trust trust pilot any longer.
