I have been using their services for nearly 3 years now and am so grateful I found them. Even with insurance and a PCP i use TelMed services more than i do my primary. They are so much more convenient, no waiting, super easy to work with and resonds immediately. Rx's are called in within 1-2 hours which normally takes my primary a few days to do.
