Ultimately, she admitted she couldn't help and would escalate the issue to a higher level of support, promising a call within 48 hours. Can you believe it? No call, no follow-up. I need to access my account due to billing errors, but I can't pinpoint them. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered!
