First off, the company did great. Packed and shipped in great time.
However, shipping through FedEx was a nightmare. The package was shipped overnight on Feb. 5th. The first delivery attempt was on the 7th, a Saturday, despite the instructions to deliver on a weekday before 5pm. There was no redelivery attempt until the 12th. I stood outside for three hours waiting until 5 and the driver didn't show up until 5:12 but I had already started walking home. I had to redirect the package to a pick up location because of Mardi gras and I'm just now getting it on the 17th. The prescription needed to be refrigerated.
