Hello, i've ordered a server from Tempest since the first day, all my players were having connection issues, like disconnecting, ping that were normal but sometimes ping goes like to 3000 and then goes back to normal but make a freeze.I've made a lot of tickets that were transferred to services that never answered or fixed my problems.With that I asked for a refund they only told me that they can do Account credit refund, which is not possible for me because i want to go out of their services with bad networking and bad network and filter support.In addition of that they told me that i didn't give them that much info about my problems, but I gave them like 3 differents players MTRs with high packet loss in it, i gave them 5 pcap with different configuration that they asked me and still tell me that I haven't give much information...They made me lose a lot of players, and don't want an amicable settlement.EDIT: They also banned me from their discord with no reason or even with no noticeResponse to their message: I've already do all things that you said to me on your tickets, it's clearly an issues on your end I moved to another host and get no problems, on your services even with filters disabled on my servers I was having problems. Now you're deleting all my tickets one by one and not responding, because you know that issue is on your end, and i have all proof that it's on your end.Cordialy,
